Does every customer account cost extra?
No. You pay for team seats. How many people read along on your customer's side is your call — not your bill.
Is AI an extra charge?
No. AI usage is included in the price and never billed on top. Every plan has a hard daily budget — it caps the outlier, not the usage: everyday use stays far below it.
What happens when storage runs full?
New uploads are rejected — existing files are never deleted. Admins get a heads-up at 80%, and extra storage costs €10/month per 50 GB.
Why does even the Free plan require a VAT ID?
Etappe is a B2B product, so the VAT ID is part of signing up. As a side effect it keeps abuse out more effectively than any captcha.
Can I cancel monthly?
Business, yes — anytime, at €35 per seat. With annual prepayment it's €29.
What does “dedicated instance” mean?
Your own environment, separate from every other customer — operated by us, on infrastructure in Germany. Your sponsored customer workspaces run inside it.
