Yes, twice: #1287 (March, same cause — retry without a lock) and #1544. Both solved with the job lock. Etappe Book has “Retry jobs in the supplier portal”. Still open: which version the customer is on.

Frequent questions
Does rollout involve the works council?
Expect it to: under German law (§ 87 (1) no. 6 BetrVG), software capable of monitoring performance or behavior requires co-determination. Etappe makes that conversation easy — AI can be switched off, usage is transparent, and we'll support the rollout.
Where does data go when AI is switched on?
To Anthropic (language model) and Voyage (similarity search) — neither uses it for training. With your own key you choose provider and model yourself.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes — the DPA applies on sign-up, no signature needed.
Will you fill in our security questionnaire?
